The new Cumberland Avenue Taco Bell grand opening, originally scheduled for Oct. 27, will now take place a week later on Nov. 3.
“Opening was pushed back to 11/3,” Jacqueline Dorris, marketing correspondent and community manager for Tacala Companies, the largest Taco Bell franchisee, said in a brief statement.
The reason for the date change is unknown to The Daily Beacon.
The same Taco Bell caused social media outrage when it was revealed that the location would not serve alcohol, contrary to rumors around campus.
