Every time you buy a Hunt’s product from now until the end of the year, you can help raise money for various organizations.
From now through Dec. 31, consumers who buy Hunt’s products can raise up to $90,000, which will be divided among ConAgra Foods Feeding Children Better Foundation, the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation and the Children’s Miracle Network. Furthermore,
Hunt’s customers will also be entered in a drawing to win $10,000.
The amount each charity receives is based on the number of votes cast at the end of the promotion.
“Every Hunt’s label sent in will count as one vote toward a designated charity, and the charity with the most votes will receive $50,000,” said Lindsay Foster, public relations representative for Hunt’s. “The second and third place charities will each receive $25,000 and $15,000 respectively. All three charities will benefit.”
Hunt’s began the promotion as a way to give back to the community.
“The Hunt’s Label Saving for Charity promotion supports our brand’s efforts to give back to the community while encouraging consumers to enjoy more tomatoes as part of a fresh, healthy lifestyle,” said Patricia Quinn, brand manager of Hunt’s. “This promotion is a win-win situation – three great charities benefit and consumers enjoy great tomato products and get a chance to take home a cash prize for their support.”
Consumers can participate in the promotion by either purchasing Hunt’s products and mailing in the labels or by sending in a plain notecard to: Hunt’s Label Saving for Charity Sweepstakes; 2967 Michelson Dr. #G526; Irvine, CA 92612. Each entry must include name, address, age, daytime phone number and the designated charity.
The more labels customers send in, the more benefits they receive.
“By sending in at least three Hunt’s labels with their entry, consumers may choose to become a member of the Hunt’s Club and will receive delicious recipes, coupons and special offers from Hunt’s,” Foster said.
