Campus Calendar Policy

All Campus Calendar events submitted to the Daily Beacon to be published online are subject to acceptance, and if necessary, editing, by the editorial staff.

Events should conform to one of the following six categories: Academic Notices, Arts and Entertainment, Campus Events and Activities, Organizational Meetings, Sports and Recreation, and Lectures, and two event types; On-Campus and Off-Campus. Please select the appropriate fields for your event.

To be published, all fields must be completed. If an event is rejected, the poster will receive an explanation for the rejection. Sometimes an omission in an entry field is the cause of rejection so please try again if necessary.

Among events not accepted for publication in the Campus Calendar are Off-Campus, non-UT sponsored events which charge admission, with the exception of events belonging in the Entertainment category.
