UTK Surplus Property Auction Assorted Furniture and Equipment July 31, 2012 The University of Tennessee offers for sale, “where-is-as-is” at public auction approximately 300 lots of assorted used furniture and equipment to include: assorted computers, desks, tables, chairs, VTAC 7 HVAC Drive, Sony edit video cameras w/cases, liquid scintillation counter w/software, electrical boxes, Gatan Dual ion mill machine, 4 pallets of computer cable, bookshelves, file cabinets, copiers, projectors, televisions, smart boards, office chairs, assorted electronics, cell phones & accessories, “ready-to-go” desktop and laptop computers, equipment racks, animal cages, dumbbells, popcorn machine, fluorescent light fixtures, pretzel warmer, scientific equipment and parts, commercial clothes racks, liquid nitrogen stainless tank, and many other miscellaneous equipment and furniture items. Please note that all computer hard drives have been sanitized either by degaussing or with approved data wiping software. The property is located at the UT Business Services Warehouse, 2111 Stephenson Drive, Knoxville, TN 37996. Inspection is from 9 - 11:30 am and 1 - 3:00 pm on Friday, July 27th and Monday, July 30th. The auction will begin promptly at 9 am on Tuesday, July 31st. Payment is due on day of sale and only cash, cashier’s check, certified check will be accepted. Personal and/or company check must be accompanied by an original bank letter of credit. The University reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to remove items from the auction.
